Thanks for supporting Winged Panda Crafts! Each piece is handmade with care, so please take a moment to review our policies before placing an order or signing up for a workshop. Ordering or registering means you agree to these terms.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Getting your order to you
We currently ship only within the United States.
PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-ship items: Shipped within 3-5 business days

Made-to-order items: shipped within 1-3 weeks

Custom orders: 2-6 weeks, agreed in writing before payment

Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day
SHIPPING METHODS AND TRACKING

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail

Domestic transit typically takes 2-7 business days after shipping

A tracking number is emailed when your label is created — please save it

Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order

We ship to the address provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control

If tracking shows delivered but missing, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days

If your item arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Our return policy
Because every item is handmade in small batches, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of keeping you happy without putting our small shop out of business.
STANDARD ITEMS

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging

Craft kits must be unopened to be eligible — once opened, they are non-returnable

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason

Buyers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error

Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of return arriving
Personalized items are non-refundable since they cannot be resold. If yours arrived damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days, and we will make it right.
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK

Personalized or custom pieces (unless damaged or defective)

Opened craft kits or kits with components used

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Items showing wear, alteration, or damage from use
EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

Exchanges for the same item in a different style or color are welcome — buyer covers return shipping, we cover shipping the replacement

Gifts: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received back.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Making something just for you
Personalized mugs, journals, and custom craft kits go through a simple process so we are both clear on what is being made, when, and for how much.
HOW IT WORKS

Inquiry — Email wingedpandacrafts@gmail.com with your design, names or text, color preferences, and target delivery date

Quote or proof — You will receive a written quote and digital proof for approval before production starts

Approval — You sign off on the proof in writing before we begin
-
Production and shipping — Standard turnaround is 1-3 weeks after approval
REVISIONS AND PROOFS
-
Each custom order includes up to two rounds of minor revisions
-
Once you approve the proof, that is what gets made — please double-check all spelling, dates, and colors carefully

Errors in an approved proof are not eligible for free reprints
Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you need to cancel before production begins, email us as soon as possible.
Bulk and corporate gifts: We offer bulk pricing on personalized mugs, journals, and craft kits. Bulk orders may require a 50% deposit. Email us for a quote!
WHAT WE DON"T MAKE

Replicas of other artists' protected designs or copyrighted characters for which we are not licensed

Content that promotes hate or harm

We may turn down requests that are not a good fit for our materials — we will always tell you up front
VIRTUAL TEAM BUILDING AND WORKSHOPS
Workshop policies
Our virtual team building sessions are guided, hands-on craft experiences delivered over Zoom. Materials kits ship to each participant in advance.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Public workshops: spot reserved when payment is received in full

Private and corporate sessions: 50% deposit confirms the date, balance due 7 days before

Workshop fees include facilitator time, live session, and all materials kits shipped to participants

Invoicing available for corporate bookings — email us to arrange
MATERIALS, KITS, AND SHIPPING

Final participant names and addresses needed at least 14 days before the session

Kits ship via USPS to U.S. addresses only

If a kit arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours, and we will send replacements

Unused kits are non-returnable once shipped

Each participant needs a stable internet connection, webcam, and a device that runs Zoom

We send a join link 24 hours before, recommend joining 5 minutes early

We cannot pause or restart the session for late arrivals more than 10 minutes in
