Return Policy
We want you to love your new leather notebook! If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products.
Please note:
- Customized or personalized journals cannot be returned or refunded due to their unique nature.
- For standard (non-customized) products, the item must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, to qualify for a return.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at wingedpandacrafts@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your product.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
